14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at orders@mayyourfashion.com. 

Important Notes

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please retain your shipping receipts until your return is processed. MayYourFashion’s Store is not liable for missing, damaged, or lost packages during transit.

  • Items sent back to us without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale items, Sexy Lingerie, Swimwear, Intimates, Jewelry, and Beauties.

Exchanges

For a faster exchange process, please return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
